Change the button's icon

Pick the icon and label visitors see on your chat button.

   Open Widget

   Your button's settings are next to the preview — above it on a smaller screen.

   Choose an icon

   Under Button icon, pick Your initial, The character or Just the words. Button label changes the words.

   It saves itself

   The icon saves when you pick it; the label saves when you leave the field. Your site picks up the change without new code.
