Switch a document off
Keep a document without your agent using it — last season's prices or hours, say.
Open the document
Choose it in the Knowledge list.
Turn Agent off
In its properties, switch Agent off. It moves to “Not used by your agent”.
Turn it back on any time
Switch Agent on again and your agent answers from it at once.
